Frequently asked

How long does a portrait session take per child?

About 60 to 90 seconds per learner. A class of 25 is usually finished in around half an hour so lessons barely miss a beat.

Can we choose a plain white background for our ID system?

Yes. Every portrait can be exported on a clean white or plain backdrop for MIS and ID card integration alongside the creative options families choose from.

Do parents have to buy anything?

Never. Ordering is completely optional and everything is handled online through a private family gallery.

Are sibling portraits included?

Yes. Siblings enrolled at the school are automatically photographed together at no extra cost to the school.
