How a headshot day runs
A working day that barely notices we are there.
Staff step away from their desks for a few minutes, sit for a short session and go back to work. You receive one consistent set of portraits instead of a mixed collection of phone photographs and old crops.
We come to your office
A mobile studio fits into a boardroom, training room or reception corner. We need about three metres of space and one power point.

Lighting and backdrop are ready before the first person sits, so nobody waits and the working day carries on around us.

Each person takes about five minutes and sees their frames on screen immediately, so nobody leaves unhappy with the result.

What to know before you book the day.
How long does a headshot day take at our office?
Allow about five minutes per person plus setup. A team of forty is comfortably photographed in one working day with a single station, and larger teams are covered by adding a second photographer.
What space do you need in the office?
A room with roughly three metres of clear space and one power point. A boardroom, training room or empty office all work. We bring lighting, backdrops, laptops and the full mobile studio.
Do staff get to choose their own photograph?
Yes. Everyone sees their frames on screen during the session, and each person confirms a final choice in a private gallery afterwards, so nobody is stuck with a photograph they dislike.
Can you match headshots we already have?
Usually yes. Send us existing files and we match background tone, crop and lighting direction so new staff portraits sit alongside the existing set without looking out of place.
Which areas of Johannesburg do you cover?
The Johannesburg metro is covered as standard, including Sandton, Rosebank, Midrand, Randburg, Roodepoort, Fourways and the Johannesburg CBD, with Pretoria and the wider Gauteng area on request.
How soon do we receive the final files?
The selection gallery opens within two working days of the shoot and retouched files follow within five working days of your selections. Urgent turnaround can be arranged when a launch date is fixed.
Can you photograph remote or hybrid staff separately?
Yes. Staff who miss the day can be photographed at our studio or on a follow up visit, using the same lighting and background so the set stays consistent.
